Aqua Blue’s chefs use fresh, seasonal ingredients to create dishes that tantalize the senses. While specializing in fresh seafood and sushi, the menu also includes selections of meat, poultry and pasta dishes for diners to enjoy.

Aqua Blue chefs show off their talents in the kitchen with the menu’s main plates. Of note are the asiago crusted sea scallops with lobster, crawfish risotto, red bell pepper sauce and Porto oil; gorgonzola beef tenderloin with Yukon gold potato, tiny green beans, herbs, and Madeira mushroom sauce; and roasted chicken cappellini with pan roasted chicken, angel hair pasta, snow peas, sweet herbs and sun-dried tomato sauce.

Aqua Blue boasts a global wine list to complement the restaurant’s global cuisine. A wide variety of wines are offered by the bottle and glass. Selections of “endangered species,” limited releases or vintages that are no longer available, are also offered.

To complement the dining experience at Aqua Blue, the restaurant offers traditional cocktails along with a selection of martinis that are sure to please the palate including the Flirtini, Asian Pear Martini, and Kimberly’s Lemon Drop Martini. Sake is also available for guests to enjoy.

In addition to the restaurant’s daily dinner service, special events are held weekly at Aqua Blue. Sundays and Mondays offer a football haven with $16 tailgate platters and $3 draft beers. Tuesdays dish up $1 sushi and $5 sake and martini drinks. Wednesday is wine night with a $14 wine flight and complimentary cheese plate. Thursday there are complimentary bar-side appetizers and music from the American Flyers, and Friday offers live music to get the weekend started!
