Hot Stix has a simple concept - the customer creates it, Hot Stix cooks it.

Hot Stix encourages customers to create a stir in customizing dishes - however you like it, whether it’s saucy, sweet, loaded with veggies or piled with protein, whatever your imagination can dream up, Hot Stix has it!

The Food
You pick the rice or noodles (everything from white rice to soba noodles), fresh fruits and vegetables (from pineapple to bok choy), sauces (from Kung Pao to Korean Chili Bean), spices (turn up the heat with crushed peppers), and meats (from land to sea), pile your bowl just the way you like it, and the flaming hot, 700-degree custom Mongolian Grill will cook your meal to perfection

The Space
• Hot Stix’s interior design concept is sleek and modern, featuring slick chrome detail on top of a red, white and black color palate, it seats 130 in the 4200 square foot space.
• Asian influences, such as wall-mounted chopsticks and artwork will also decorate the restaurant’s interior.
